Using the symptom tracker will help you detect if there are certain triggers that can bring on an episode of Atrial Fibrillation, such as rigorous exercise. 

Stimulants, such as artificial sources of caffeine, can trigger an episode of AF. It’s therefore best to avoid energy drinks and soft drinks that contain artificial sources of caffeine.1

Exercise can be a tricky topic because it’s important to try and stay physically fit, but not to bring on an episode of AF through over-exercising.1,2 Moderate exercise, within guidelines set for you by your doctor, will strengthen your heart and make it, and you, more resilient. Exercise can also help improve your mood and outlook, as well as help to decrease any anxiety you may be experiencing as a result of having AF.3
